Specify Colors for Master Items
One key property that helps keep your Qlik Sense and Qlikview apps looking professional and more usable is consistency, such as having a constant header between sheets and having dimension values ordered consistently within visualizations. One feature that has been requested from users is to make the process easier to enforce consistency with measure colors.
With the release of Qlik Sense 3.2, it’s now possible to assign specific colors to master items!
The following visualizations support master item coloring:
For these visualizations, if the color setting is set to auto and it uses single or multicolored, then it will use master item’s color. The exception to this is with pie charts, in which you need to explicitly set whether to use single or multicolored; they will not use master item colors with auto selected.
Setting master item colors is pretty straightforward, and is edited like any other master item property property. For step-by-step instructions, you can check the Qlik help article here(http://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/3.2/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Colors/assigning-colors-to-master-items.htm).
